FS107 WSC69 Tilda

This was created for today's Featured Stamper 107 challenge. I was inspired by this card from SgtStamper. I changed the color scheme, the main image (but kept the Tilda on tummy w/brown around her), and the sketch. The sketch I used here is from Beate's Weekend Sketch #69. This also qualifies for my ongoing Christmas Card Challenge.

Wow, I just realized I didn't use any sponging or brayering on this card. Rare for me! The floor was hand drawn by me and converted to a digital image so I could just print onto Creamy Caramel CS and add a little Prismacolor pencil shading. The "walls" are DP. I used my usual coloring technique.

Notice my blog looks a little different today? I had a whole list of things I wanted to change or learn how to do and worked thru most of them last night (yep up all night again!). I even converted my blog to 3 columns for a while but didn't like some of the details so I'm going to do some more research into that one.

I wanted to move to a spring banner and I was wanting to learn more about photo editing so instead of just painting a new banner, I used some old pics to make one. A few years ago I was commisioned (aka I GOT PAID! Woo Hoo!) to paint those flowers onto 2 canvases. I used the old pics of those to make this banner. I had to merge the two pics together and fill in the middle space with the same background color. I learned a lot but it would have been faster just to repaint them! Ha!

Stamps: Magnolia Tilda on Tummy, CC Designs Sugarplums Christmas Scene
Paper: Creamy Caramel, Riding Hood Read, Basic Grey Wassail DP
Ink:
Accessories: Copics, Prismacolor pencils and Goo Gone

Enjoy!
