2 Cards for Today

First, this was created for the ribbon inspiration challenge DTGD08Jody. This is some serious big bold ribbon which called for a seriously bold girl like Betty! This ribbon came from a swap (thanks girls!).

Ink: Wild Wasabi, Adirondack Sail Boat Blue, Virsamark Black
Stamps: Stamping Bella Betty Bombshell and sentiment, The Stampin Place Large Palm Tree, The Stampin Place Water Ripples
Paper: Bazzill Brilliant Blue, Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore
Accessories: Ribbon unknown source, Glitter pen, Prismacolor pencils & baby oil, Cricut

Next, Ah, this card fulfills so many things:

1. 80th Birthday card for a friend’s father
2. Taylors cupcake challenge TECC25 (Sorry I’m late!)
3. Watercolor challenge DTGD08Christine
4. Masculine card challenge DTGD08Michelle
5. My own challenge to myself to use two DP’s on one card (I rarely use 1!)

The golf balls were circle punched from some embossed cardstock I received from Mindy Young and Falconstamper (Thanks Girls!). Then I used Copic W-3 to draw inside the circles on only the left side. I also ran Copic W-3 around the edges of the golf balls.

Ink: Blue Bayou, Going Grey, Certainly Celery, Close to Cocoa, Creamy Caramel, Soft Sky
Stamps: Stamping Bella Golfafella, Lots of Thoughts
Paper: Blue Bayou, DP from SU, Watercolor paper from Mike’s
Accessories: Copics, Aquapainter, blender pen, Cuttlebug Tiny Bubbles embossing folder, Circle punch

Enjoy!
Michelle

I absolutely love the golf card! It's always hard to create a good masculine card and your's is awesome! I guess I'm not the only one who saw golf balls in that cuttlebug die!! Here's my husband's father's day card...
