Gotta Howl!

As soon as I saw this Love Bites set from FireCracker Designs by Pamela, I knew I had to do the wolf howling in the moon kinda scene! This is another versatile sentiment from this set too! A "howl" could be a YIPPEE or a BOO HOO or a "just be you" message.

To create the night sky, I punched a sticky note with my circle punch. I placed the outside piece (the piece with the hole in it) into position. I sponged the lightest color ink into the circle. I gave it a minute to dry and removed the sticky note. Then I stuck the circle shaped sticky note onto the moon as a mask. I sponged the next darkest shade of blue around the moon. I moved out a bit and sponged with the next darkest ink and kept repeating until I had black at the edge. I thought the moon needed a bit of clouds so I used my Bayou sponge without re-inking and just swiped right across the moon a few times. I then stamped the wolf into place and gave him a few white highlights on the right side.
