Has it really been so long?
Where have I been? Well I have been busy fulfilling a long time dream.....to run a 5K (that's 3.1 miles). Yes, as you can see from the pic, I DID IT! Yippee! I started training in January and ran the race in May. Along the way, I lost 12 pounds too!
